1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging GSR Transport Pty Ltd (“GSR Transport”) for transport or logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
GSR Transport provides freight, transport, logistics, warehousing, and related services in accordance with the specific terms agreed at the time of booking. Service descriptions on this website are for general information only and do not constitute a guarantee of availability.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotes provided by GSR Transport are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on fuel levies, route changes, or variations in declared freight dimensions and weight. GSR Transport reserves the right to re-weigh and re-measure freight.
4. Liability
GSR Transport's liability for loss or damage to freight is limited to the lesser of the replacement value of the goods or the maximum liability specified under applicable Australian freight and carriage legislation. GSR Transport is not liable for consequential or indirect losses arising from delays or service failures beyond our reasonable control.
5. Prohibited Goods
The following goods may not be carried without prior written agreement and appropriate documentation: dangerous goods (as classified under the Australian Dangerous Goods Code), live animals, currency, and items prohibited under Australian law.
6. Payment
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless a different term has been agreed in writing. GSR Transport reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 2% per month compounding, and to suspend services to accounts with outstanding balances.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
8. Changes to Terms
GSR Transport reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
